Availability for new clients this summer!

One of the things I love most about being a dietitian is helping people feel more confident in their choices around food.

For some, that means finally getting some relief from digestive symptoms that have been getting in the way of everyday life. For others, it’s figuring out how to navigate dietary restrictions without turning every meal into a source of stress, or building healthy habits that feel realistic and sustainable over time.

Which is why I’m excited to share that I currently have availability for new clients through Nourish!

In our first session, I want to hear about what’s going on, what you’ve already tried, and what feels doable right now. From there, we’ll build a plan together. There’s no expectation to change everything at once or do things perfectly.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and personalized to your life, because nutrition guidance only works if it actually fits into the day-to-day.

If you’ve been thinking about getting support for digestive health or healthier eating habits, I’d love to work together. And if someone comes to mind who might benefit from nutrition counseling, I’d be so grateful if you shared my information with them.

In this first of this series, I’m showing my favorite way to batch cook chicken, so that it can be used in a variety of recipes.
