Trader Joe’s has a loyal following and is known for it’s signature products (EBTB seasoning, cauliflower gnocchi, orange chicken…), many of which aren’t the best options for those going through the Low FODMAP Diet process. Luckily, there are also a ton of options that are perfectly appropriate for the elimination phase of the diet– and life after! Here are my favorites.
